Beautiful grounds but poor management
I live here and appreciate the beautiful, well-kept grounds, clean modern units, convenient downtown/Shippensburg location, big garages, and generally friendly, helpful staff. Management and communication can be poor-unreturned calls and misrepresented cottage availability have been a real problem. Accessibility and parking are frustrating: a grass drive-through made move-in hard, garages can be far from back units, guest parking is limited, and moving large items or groceries is difficult-not ideal for frail elders. It's quiet with some activities and a nice community, but offerings are limited and it can be expensive on a fixed income.
