Immaculate but unsafe, declining care
I toured a once-nice Nashville senior community and liked that it was immaculate, the staff were friendly and helpful, activities were plentiful, and the rooms (walk-in closet, nice view) felt like good value. However, high staff turnover, amenities that were misrepresented or unavailable, and poor treatment of some residents - plus no working smoke alarm system - convinced me it's going downhill. I rejected the facility and am looking for low-rise subsidized housing instead.
