    Beautiful campus, costly, inconsistent healthcare

I've lived here 11 years: the campus is beautiful, river walks are lovely, and many caregivers are excellent and kind. However, frequent management changes, slipping maintenance, a director focused on payment, and poor ongoing service have been problems. Healthcare is limited-no on-site physician, no licensed medical staff after 5 PM, only two CNAs at night-my family had to give meds and a dosing error once led to hospitalization. Food is mediocre to terrible, almost everything is charged extra, and monthly costs are very high. Activities are limited (many COVID cancellations) and the hilly campus with long elevator walks can be hard to navigate. I'm glad I chose it but I can't fully recommend it without big caveats.
