Spacious apartment, great amenities, delays
I moved into a brand-new independent living community and love my spacious one-bed with stainless appliances, walk-in shower/closet and the beautiful, well-kept grounds-fitness room, pool, movie theater, dog park, garages and guest parking. Neighbors are compassionate and staff are helpful and became more responsive after I raised concerns, but elevators and some safety/fire doors were inoperable (I waited about five weeks for parts) and there's no on-site meals, housekeeping, or transportation. Despite those issues, I'd recommend it for the apartments, amenities, and friendly, flexible community.
