Comfortable home, concerning management issues
I love my spacious, comfortable one-bed and the welcoming, activity-filled community - leasing, office, maintenance and lifestyle staff were amazing, move-in and application were smooth, and the location is very convenient. Maintenance usually greets you with a smile and resolves things quickly, and there are endless events and perks. However, a management change and corporate decisions have led to poor communication, unclear accountability, high fees, and problems with insurance handling. I personally experienced serious maintenance failures (water damage, mold/sewer issues) with delayed remediation and no apology or compensation. I also saw a troubling culture among some residents - shaming and exclusion - that management didn't effectively address. Overall I enjoy living here but would recommend it only with caution because of the leadership and remediation concerns.
