Bright apartments but problematic management
I liked the bright, airy apartments - great appliances, in-unit washer/dryer, high ceilings, dog park and a very convenient location - and the staff I met were friendly with plenty of daytime activities. That said, accessibility is poor (no automatic doors; Great Room/courtyard often locked behind fobs), ownership/management felt unstable (Greystar issues), turnover and cost-cutting showed, and management was sometimes unresponsive or rude with delayed deposit refunds. Meals and services are limited for the price, and maintenance can lag though they do respond. I enjoyed parts of my stay but moved out after 14 months; I'd recommend cautiously until management proves more stable.
