    Clean property, unresponsive management, problems

I had a mixed but overall negative experience. The apartment and common areas were clean, spacious, and attractive and some caregivers were friendly and attentive, but management was unresponsive and often helpless. Repeated maintenance failures (elevators, garage, garbage/housekeeping), safety/security incidents, misleading/disclosed policies and extra fees made living there stressful. Limited activities, poor customer service and ongoing noise/construction mean I would not recommend.
