    Friendly community, upkeep needs improvement

I love the friendly residents, affordable rent, updated first floor and lively community events - the community room, card and dice games have helped me make great friendships. That said, management and maintenance are inconsistent (slow to fix a broken handicap door, halls sometimes unvacuumed) and some hallways and lighting need freshening, so expect occasional cleanliness and upkeep issues.
