Family and community connections are further supported by Whitney Sparks, the Family Ambassador, who guides new families through the transition and helps them navigate the various programs and activities available. Nicole McMonigle serves as the Community Ambassador, leveraging over two decades of experience in dementia care, consulting, and advocacy, and is dedicated to engaging the broader community and supporting families through education and outreach.
Supporting clinical operations, Reva Hammond fulfills the role of Clinical Staff Manager, providing compassionate and skillful oversight of residents’ medical needs.
