Compassionate care, inconsistent staffing issues
I placed my dad in this small, home-like memory care and appreciated the clean facility, private rooms, home-cooked meals, lively activities, fenced yard and a compassionate, hands-on manager (Sarah) and many kind caregivers. His eating, walking and alertness improved and our family felt real relief, but we saw understaffing, inconsistent care with newer staff, missed doctor visits and troubling administrative/billing and belongings issues. Good for families who want personalized, dignified memory care - just verify staffing stability and fee/possession policies first.
