Carriage Place features a beautiful 30-apartment layout with the capacity to accommodate 32 residents through 2 shared-suite apartments and 26 spacious studio apartments. A spacious circular hallway is lined with comfortable seating as well as small puzzle and reading areas, encouraging residents to socialize or enjoy quiet time as they wish. The monthly rate structure is tailored to the person, combining a base rate for the apartment with a care rate determined by each resident’s unique needs. The care rate is carefully calculated based on the resident’s individual care requirements and the direct time needed to provide assistance, as determined through a collaborative care plan developed with the resident, their representative, the administrator, and the care team. These care assessments are updated regularly to ensure that support remains responsive and in line with each resident's changing needs.
