Warm staff, attentive care, homey
I moved my mom here and overall I'm glad we did: the staff are warm and attentive - they treat residents like family, know everyone by name, handled meds and rehab promptly, and my mom feels loved and safe. The food is excellent, activities are plentiful, and the grounds and common areas feel homey; as a not-for-profit the pricing felt reasonable and not nickel-and-dimed. The biggest downsides are some small, outdated apartments with minimal kitchen space, tight parking, and a few cramped/dank spots - but for us the positives outweighed the negatives.
