    About Hampton Park

Hampton Park is a large community focused on assisted living and memory care, sitting at the northeast intersection of Route 59 and North Aurora Road, near shopping centers, restaurants, and the Westfield Fox Valley Mall, making it easy for residents and their visitors to get what they need or enjoy a meal out, and there's a Metra station less than five minutes away for trips into downtown Chicago, which is about 34 miles east, and O'Hare Airport, which is close by too. Residents here live in 62 attached, single-level duplex homes, all built between 2005 and 2008, set in a circle with brick exteriors, roomy basements, private two-car garages, and floorplans that usually have two bedrooms and two to three bathrooms, with living spaces running from 1,567 to 1,948 square feet, and all homes are available only on a resale basis, reserved for active adults aged 55 or better who want a low-maintenance lifestyle.

Hampton Park offers personal care, skilled nursing, medication management, and daily support, so people get help with meals, housekeeping, laundry, move-in coordination, and even family support services, and there's a 24-hour call system along with supervision for safety. Its memory care program takes special care of cognitive health in a safe, secured environment and they offer respite care too, letting families take short breaks when they need to. The community is sectioned off for different care needs-assisted living, memory care, outpatient and inpatient services, and there are special terms and names for the programs within, all handled by Association Partners.

People can spend their time in communal spaces like the dining room that serves restaurant-style meals all day with options for allergies or diabetes, or sit in the outdoor gazebo or take walks on the paved paths, or use the park and playground area for a change of pace, and pets like dogs and cats are allowed too. At the private clubhouse, you find exercise and wellness rooms, a fitness center, a multi-purpose room for games and parties, a movie theater, arts and crafts room, and a spa, and there's always a variety of clubs, classes, scheduled activities, and resident-run events to stay busy, and continuing education is available through special programs with Benedictine University and North Central College.

Each residence comes with amenities like private bathrooms, kitchenettes, Wi-Fi, cable TV, air conditioning, telephones, and furnishings to make things more comfortable. The community also offers all the basics-lawn care, snow removal, exterior maintenance-through a simple association fee, helping keep life easier so people can focus on what matters to them without worrying about upkeep. With a neighborly feel, the place gives everyone a chance to connect, or just sit outside by the clubhouse, relax, and enjoy the outdoors on a nice day, and if you want to wander to the Naperville Riverwalk or downtown, it's close enough to be an easy trip.
