    Beautiful community with abundant amenities

I toured this newer, beautiful community in a great area and would recommend it. The staff are wonderful and accessible (though there’s been frequent turnover), and the calendar is jam‑packed with programs — movie theater, pool, gym, walking paths and lots of gatherings. Apartments come in many sizes with flexible lease options, but it’s expensive and currently lacks an open restaurant and onsite salons. I expect it will fill up fast.

    About Everleigh Cape Cod

Everleigh Cape Cod sits in a central spot close to the Cape and Barnstable, offering a new, luxury apartment community for adults aged 55 and up, where people can rent either a one or two-bedroom unit and know they'll find shared spaces and amenities like a movie theater, a fitness center, a swimming pool, and spaces to gather and talk if they want, or just to enjoy some quiet. The design feels modern and calm, sort of like a peaceful retreat, and there are features built with seniors in mind, including handicap accessibility, good Wi-Fi, and places for pets. Residents can use Everleigh's concierge service, too, which helps with everyday needs. The property includes home care and residential care homes, which are shared homes for those who need help from a live-in caregiver for things like bathing, dressing, or taking medicine, and it offers several levels of care including independent living for people who just want a low-maintenance, social lifestyle, and memory care with secure, special features for people dealing with Alzheimer's, dementia, or problems with wandering and confusion. Everleigh Cape Cod supports both active and assisted living, so people who move in can find the level of help they need, and there are even services for managing the property or handling investment, since the group behind Everleigh also works in student housing and development, using modular building options. The whole place is meant for adults 55 and older who want resort-style amenities and support without buying a home, and while it's a new community, everything points to a comfortable, neighborly setting where people can live, gather, and get help if they need it.
