Foxfield, known as Foxfield Care Community, is a large 55+ continuing care retirement community that helps residents with memory care, skilled nursing, personal care, and respite care so people can age in place as needs change and, with personalized care, support stays available through the community's 24-hour call system and supervision for help with dressing, medication management, and other daily needs.
