    Good rehab, poor long-term care

My experience was mixed. The facility is clean with nice rooms, pleasant activities and a strong rehab team - some nurses were kind, caring and knowledgeable and helped improve mobility. However, nursing was inconsistent and often unresponsive (long call-light delays), communication and accountability were poor, medications were delayed, belongings went missing, and wound care/skin issues were neglected-my relative was even transferred to hospital and hospice. I might use them for short-term rehab, but I would not trust them for long-term nursing care.
