    Very pleased with excellent care

I am extremely pleased with the care my mom received. They had Medicare beds available immediately, new ownership is refurbishing, and the staff - especially admin - were kind, helped with Medicaid filing, and worked hard to make sure my unresponsive mom had everything she needed. The building is clean, cost is in line with market, and amenities (salon, courtyard, rehab gyms, full-time PT) are excellent; activities are ramping up with a new director. Downsides: no private rooms and meals/dining feel basic. Overall, very happy with their services.
