Fieser Nursing Center is a family-owned and operated nursing facility that has served the community since 1955. Nestled in the historical area of Fenton, Missouri, the center prides itself on a warm, home-like atmosphere where compassionate custodial care is at the forefront of its mission. With just 50 beds, Fieser Nursing Center offers a higher nurse-to-resident ratio, ensuring more attentive and personalized care for each resident. The facility caters to individuals requiring various levels of support, ranging from those who are ambulatory to those in need of total bed care. While it does not provide intravenous therapy or tracheotomy care, it remains well-equipped to meet a wide array of medical and daily living needs.

The center works with trusted pharmacy providers but also accommodates medications from insurance-based sources and the Veterans Administration. Physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech and swallowing therapy, and restorative care are regularly provided through a dedicated rehabilitation care group. Additionally, residents benefit from on-site services, such as pacemaker checks, portable x-rays, laboratory work, EKGs, ultrasounds, and barium swallow studies, all performed without the need to leave the facility.

When applicable, catheter care and continency management are provided for a modest daily fee. Residents also have access to wheelchair and geri-chair rentals as needed.

Catholic Communion service is held every Thursday morning, with a Mass every third Tuesday. Lutheran services are provided every third Wednesday, while Summit Christian Church conducts services monthly on the third Friday. Other spiritual opportunities include monthly visits from The Church of Christ, which sings on the first Sunday, Church with Brother Bill on the third Sunday, and gatherings with the New Hope Fellowship, also on the third Sunday. Additional services rotate monthly, ensuring that residents with diverse religious backgrounds have their spiritual needs nurtured.
