Donna Paquin leads the nursing department, building on an extensive career that began at Ridgewood Center and evolved from staff nurse to Director of Nursing; her compassion and readiness to support residents and colleagues alike are central to the center’s nurturing environment. The rehabilitation department is headed by Brianne LaPlante, an Occupational Therapist specializing in geriatrics and orthopedics, who puts a priority on improving quality of life for residents, particularly those with dementia.
