    Palace-like community lively but cramped

I live in a palace-like, very comfortable community with lovely outdoor gardens, a café/restaurant and good food - counseling is excellent. Staff are broadly involved and often personal; nursing care is generally good, though I've experienced unresponsive moments and spotty medical communication. The place buzzes with performances, exercises, a busy bingo scene and twice-weekly cocktail hours; residents can garden in rooms and pets are welcome. Strict infection/quarantine rules enforced by the head nurse can feel heavy-handed, and my room is tiny.
