Warm staff, strong rehab, inconsistent.
I had a largely positive experience. Staff were warm, compassionate, and helpful; social work and administration communicated well, and rehab therapists were outstanding. Nursing care was generally very good though a few staff were inconsistent and there was one medication error; call response and phone access can be spotty and transport help is limited. Facility is mostly clean and home-like but meals are hit-or-miss. I recommend it overall but advise staying on top of care and communications.
