The most recent advancement at Wilkins Health & Rehabilitation Community is the addition of the Pathway Rehabilitation Center, which further enhances the range of specialized care and rehabilitation services available to residents.
The community is guided by the vision and involvement of Tony, Melanie, and Tyler Wilkins. Since 1992, Tony Wilkins has led as the licensed administrator, bringing a background in Sociology and specialized training in Nursing Home Administration to the community. Melanie Wilkins contributes as the Assistant Administrator, having earned her degree in Food, Nutrition, and Institution Administration. She actively participates in daily operations to ensure that high standards are consistently met. In January 2016, Tyler Wilkins joined the leadership team, bringing a modern perspective with his educational background in Business Administration and a Master’s in Healthcare Administration. Together, the Wilkins family manages the community with a hands-on approach, fostering a family-like atmosphere for both residents and staff.
