    Nice facility but clinical failures

I appreciated the new, clean building, friendly and caring staff who knew residents' names, private rooms and accessible bathrooms, good meals, strong therapy/programs (Facetime/window visits, movie nights) and plenty of activities. However, we suffered serious clinical failures - meds delayed/not followed, staff not checking on my loved one, hospice access blocked - and my loved one died shortly after admission. Given the high cost, I found the mixed experience unacceptable.
