Over the years, Bryant has demonstrated leadership through positions such as head nurse in the Page Rehabilitation Unit and later transitioned to administration, eventually returning to the center as Administrator. His deep roots in the community inspire a strong sense of responsibility to provide the highest level of care and service.
Supporting the leadership is Jazmin, the Assistant Administrator, whose background includes more than five years as a resident program director specializing in assisted living and memory care. Her educational credentials feature a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in hospitality management, augmented by certifications as a Certified Dementia Practitioner and completion of a virtual dementia tour. Jazmin’s focus is on elevating residents’ quality of life, motivated by a belief in striving for excellence and setting a positive example for others.

With 25 years of experience, Lana has a profound understanding of geriatric healthcare and long-term care nursing.
