    Homey, attentive staff, investigation worries

I liked the home-like feel-very nice staff, a beautiful patio and room, homemade organic meals, and a strong physical therapy/rehab program (they even use a ballet-bar for transfers). Management and caregivers were attentive, accessible by phone/email/in-person, responsive to requests, and actively involved in residents' care. However, I'm troubled by reports of multiple complaints and a DSS investigation from family members, so I cannot recommend this place - no stars deserved.
