    Pleasant community with minor issues

I live here and overall I'm very pleased: beautiful, well-kept grounds, clean pleasant unit, delicious dining in a nice dining room, and lots of engaging activities - Jennifer in marketing and many staff are friendly and helpful. The location is ideal (close to doctors, hospital and shopping), it's good value with three meals daily and outings, and residents seem upbeat and social. My caveats: management and some staff can be inconsistent or unfriendly, communication/housekeeping and occasional maintenance (plumbing, Wi-Fi) have been problems, and the gated underground parking is tight - check contracts and responsiveness before committing.
