    Charming 8-bed home, attentive staff

    I'm so grateful we chose this small, charming 8-bed home - clean, cozy rooms and a pleasant outdoor setup with umbrellas. The staff are loving, attentive, and proactive about health; they went the extra mile with front-and-back caregiver support, on-site breakfast, baking, and activities. I feel like family here and am very satisfied with the compassionate, high level of care.

Some staff reported smelling alcohol and odd behavior, others did not witness intoxication; the licensee denied alcohol use at work in four months, admitting only a couple of glasses on New Year’s Eve at home, and an incident with a fallen resident led to 911 being called.
