Wrong link neglect no management
I tried to get information and found the website link is wrong - it redirects to Ponderosa Apartments on Mobile Ave, not Ponderosa Village senior apartments. When I visited, the washroom was inoperable, care looked neglected, and there was no on-site management or anyone to address problems; repeated attempts to resolve things went nowhere. I've called for the city to investigate.
