    Warm attentive clean family-run care

My mother is genuinely happy here - the staff know residents by name, are attentive, caring and professional, and the facility is clean, home-like and single-story with 24-hour care. I appreciate the constant communication (texts/updates), proactive outreach, and the personable chef - there are plenty of activities (exercise, poker, outings, entertainers, holiday events) and comfy communal meals. Visits are easy, rooms are comfortable with individual temperature control, and housekeeping is thorough. Only minor quibble: some food can be bland or veggies undercooked, but overall I'm grateful, wouldn't put her anywhere else, and highly recommend this warm, family-run place.
