    About Cogir of Stock Ranch

Cogir of Stock Ranch has a dedicated team, with some staff who've worked there for twelve to twenty-four years, so people might see familiar faces for a long time, and the community keeps things running smoothly day and night with personal care fees based on assessment and on-call care twenty-four hours a day. There are one hundred fifteen pet-friendly apartments in studio, one-bedroom, or two-bedroom layouts, with sizes from about 459 to over 938 square feet, so folks can find a space that fits what they need, and independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, respite care, and hospice services are all on the same campus, which makes it easier if someone's support needs change over the years.

Meals cover three chef-prepared options each day, and residents can eat outside around the fountain if they like, enjoying garden views or having a complimentary glass of wine or beer at dinnertime to sit and chat, and the anytime dining menu lets people eat restaurant-style between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.-they can pick from the all-day menu or try the chef's special for lunch or dinner. Residents get weekly housekeeping and linen service, even a personal laundry load, and all utilities-including Xfinity with cable and internet-are included, so there's less to worry about, and parking comes covered so residents don't deal with the weather as often.

The campus is designed with terraces, walking paths, a courtyard, a living room area with a fireplace lounge, a card room, billiards, a small country store, a business center, a theater, and a library, giving people a lot of choices for where to spend their time, and a salon-run for sixteen years by Karen-takes care of personal grooming, with other beauty and barber services for those who want them. Residents can join all sorts of activities, indoors and outdoors, scheduled by a team that listens to interests and plans plenty of social, educational, fitness, and devotional programs, keeping folks engaged and offering programs like Melody & Masterpiece, Forever Fit, Pawsitive Health, Memories in Motion, Starlight Shows, and even Virtual Voyages if someone prefers to participate from their apartment or alongside family online.

Nurses are on call, and the community offers physical, occupational, and speech therapy if residents need extra support as they age or recover from illness, with assistance that's always based on each person's own situation, making it easier for people to stay active and keep the level of independence they want. The staff helps with rides to appointments or outings, and there's scheduled transportation for shopping or trips. Memory care is set up to offer safety and comfort for people living with Alzheimer's or other memory conditions, and devotional services take place both on site and off site depending on residents' wishes.

The apartments-newly refurbished and kept clean-are both affordable and spacious. The community's not so big that people don't know each other, and not so small there's nothing to do-people seem to make friends, enjoy activities, and find the right mix of support and freedom, which is something that seems important to residents and their families. The focus stays on caring for people with kindness, helping with daily living when needed, and making sure everyone feels welcome, whether staying for a short recovery or making Cogir of Stock Ranch home for many years.
