    Caring staff but safety concerns

I like the homey atmosphere, round-the-clock, very caring staff, and my room is nice and clean - the owner seems wonderful and the place offers multiple levels of care. That said, I've had serious concerns: medications have been missed or out of stock (some even went missing), there are language barriers with some staff, bedding isn't changed often enough, and meals are repetitive with leftovers. I'm conflicted-happy with the people and setting but these care and safety issues are making me consider other options.
