    Found the home clean, well-maintained, and safe, with residents in their rooms or resting, secured medications and toxins, adequate food, proper safety features, and normal temperature and hot water; no deficiencies were noted. Found resident and staff records in order with current training and clearances, and the administrator was asked to email updated LIC500, LIC308, and liability insurance.

    Found an unannounced case-management visit to obtain current paperwork for the regional office file, observing one resident resting in the common area with staff present, five residents in care, two on hospice, and a home licensed for six with a hospice waiver for three. With the House Manager, the LPA conducted a health and safety check of the home; no risks were observed, the administrator planned to email the requested documents by the end of today, and an exit interview was conducted with the House Manager.
