    Identified two February 2025 incidents in which one resident hit another, first on Feb 6 and again on Feb 13 after an argument; there were no injuries from the first and the second prompted an ER visit for the aggressor, who returned the same day with no medication changes. After the second incident, the residents were moved to separate rooms and there have been no further incidents; one resident has dementia, and no deficiencies were cited.
