    Caring staff, expensive and understaffed

I'm torn: the staff are genuinely caring and thoughtful-my mom was treated like family, rooms are very clean and comfortable, she was groomed and had her nails trimmed, and meals, meds and emotional needs were handled well. That said, a private room is $3,000, the tour felt impersonal and the owner seemed rent-focused, nurse coverage is daytime but nights are thin (I noticed nighttime care gaps), staff engagement and rehab didn't feel prioritized-they gave the impression of wanting to fill rooms.
