    Relieved overall; caring but imperfect

I feel relieved leaving my loved one here - the bright, home-like facility and beautiful grounds are welcoming, the owners and most staff are professional, loving, and communicate well. Meals are good and medications are reliably managed, residents are engaged, but activities are limited and I wish there were more shoulder therapy. Overall we feel cared for and safe, though a few caregivers were rough/unpatient and the location could be better.
