    Exceptional staff inconsistent facility upkeep

I've lived here since 2017 and the staff and management are exceptional - kind, attentive, professional, and deeply committed; meals, on-time care and visits are easy to arrange. The home is cozy and often well-kept, but I've also seen serious cleanliness and maintenance issues (dirty kitchen, musty smells, outdated interior and even pest reports) and some safety/details need attention - excellent care from people I trust, though facility upkeep can be inconsistent.
