    Great community, but medication concerns

I moved my mom in and overall the place is beautiful, spotlessly clean, well run and full of friendly, professional staff - great activities, good food, strong memory-care programming and a warm, social community that helped her settle in. That said, we had serious medication problems (missed/delayed doses and poor communication), some instances of money-driven or unresponsive staff, and higher-than-expected third-party costs. On balance I trust the competent, caring team and the lively, safe environment, but confirm med handling and billing before committing.
