    Excellent care, poor front desk

I was impressed by the immaculate, small, home-like setting at RN3 Homes - nutritious, beautifully presented home-cooked meals, patient and personable caregivers, an experienced nurse/owner, and very personal, well-organized hands-on care. That said, I ran into rude, impersonal admissions staff who refused to let us tour and seemed more focused on revenue than service. Overall I highly recommend RN3 Homes for the caregiving and cleanliness, but be prepared for poor customer-service at the front desk.
