    Spotless professional welcoming but pricey

    I've lived here for several years and, overall, it's been wonderful. The place is spotless and hotel-like, the staff are overwhelmingly professional, warm, and attentive (great med management and handled outages/COVID/fire season well), and activities and chef-prepared meals generally boost quality of life. A few dining and activity items can be hit-or-miss, there have been occasional poor staff attitudes, and it is pricey with limited two-bedroom availability. Despite that, the care, safety, and welcoming culture make it highly recommendable.

There's a memory care program called Life Guidance® in a secure wing for those living with dementia or Alzheimer's, and there's always trained support available day and night, with special activities, therapies, and an environment built for safety and comfort, and on top of that, there's access to third-party providers for physical and occupational therapy.
