    Compassionate staff provided excellent care

    I chose this lovely, spotless home and couldn't be happier - the staff are kind, patient and treated my mom like family. The care was excellent and compassionate (they even visited her in hospital and supported us through her final days), staff advocated for her and included us in decisions. Meals are varied and tasty, COVID protocols were followed, they sent photos and even threw a birthday party with cake and hats. Chrystal and the team went above and beyond, the transition was smooth - I give 5 stars and highly recommend.
