The center focuses on skilled nursing, short-term rehabilitation, respite, and long-term care, supporting independence for each patient through services guided by personalized care plans. Patients can find rehab therapies like physical, occupational, speech, and respiratory therapy in a large, modern gym, all led by licensed experts, plus there's help from Restorative Nurse Assistants for mobility and recovery activities. The rooms-97 total, both private and semi-private-are newly painted and remodeled with new flooring, cabinets, and baseboards, and have private bathrooms with showers, aiming for a homey feel that's comfortable and healing. On top of medical and therapy services, the Social Services team, led by the Social Services Director, helps families with discharge plans and connections to outside support, plus answers questions about admissions or insurance, while the Dietary Services team, run by Registered Dietitians, makes sure each resident gets meals to suit their health needs. Housekeeping, laundry, and building maintenance are all managed by the Environmental Services team. The facility uses advanced medical technology and offers extra support through PACS Services' back-office and consulting resources to improve care quality and efficiency.
