    Beautiful facility; inconsistent care, verify

I loved the bright, spotless facility - beautiful murals, theater, sports bar, patio and lots of activities - and staff like Becky made move-in smooth; the food, gardens and sense of community were real highlights. However, I saw signs of understaffing and heard troubling reports of missed meds, a fall/transfer safety issue and privacy lapses, so care felt inconsistent. It's a lovely, activity-filled place, but I'd verify staffing, safety protocols and billing before committing.
