    Compassionate staff, serious safety concerns

I appreciated the pleasant, compassionate staff (especially administrator Lacy Vincent), clean home-like rooms, home-cooked meals tailored to diets, and strong on-site PT/OT that helped regain mobility. That said, we experienced significant care lapses - inconsistent meds, short-staffed nights, a non-working call button, safety hazards (cords/outlets), a catheter complication with serious consequences, and poor post-discharge communication/billing - which prompted a move. Overall, great people and environment, but verify medication safety, equipment training, and night staffing before trusting long-term care.
