    Loving attentive staff and care

I feel fortunate to have my loved one at Tiffany Gardens. The facility is very clean, beautiful, spacious and well-lit with a lovely garden and patio. The staff-from caregivers to Executive Director Janice Gombio-are attentive, loving, long-tenured and genuinely caring; they remember birthdays, give one-on-one time, and treat residents with dignity. Meals are delicious, memory-care residents stay engaged with activities, and overall the care and community feel exceptional.

    About Tuscany Villa Senior Living

Tuscany Villa Senior Living sits over in Livermore, California, and focuses on taking care of older adults who need either assisted living or memory care, and the place has room for up to 31 residents in licensed studios that can be private or shared, with fees starting at $3,500 for entry-level and $5,000 for shared arrangements. Families don't have to worry about complex hospital chores because Tuscany Villa doesn't handle acute medical cases and doesn't take Medicare, as this place operates as a licensed Residential Care Facility for the Elderly under state license RCFE #019201002, sticking to long-term, daily support in a non-acute home-like setting.

The staff at Tuscany Villa shows genuine care and pays attention to both physical and emotional needs with patience and respect, and there's always someone around all day and night. Residents get services for medication management, personal care, housekeeping, and meals, including vegetarian and kosher options, and the kitchen serves up family-style meals and snacks in shared dining spaces. There are both indoor and outdoor common areas for residents to gather, garden view rooms are available, and devotional activities take place alongside group events and social time, keeping the days lively.

Specialized memory care at Tuscany Villa means the staff knows how to handle dementia and other memory conditions, providing reminders, security, and routines in a gentle and safe way, plus there are services for hospice, help with moving around, diabetic management, and incontinence care if someone needs them, and all rooms are built for easy wheelchair access with private bathrooms for comfort and privacy. Pets aren't allowed, but the staff tries to create a warm and supportive setting, with transportation services and parking options for residents who need to get out for errands or outings. Regular apartment maintenance and upkeep are part of the deal, so families don't need to worry about chores piling up.

The community is part of The Villas Post-Acute & Senior Living campus, which covers a few different kinds of care, and even though Tuscany Villa doesn't accept Medicare, payment and financing options are possible for families who'd like help with costs. Safety is taken seriously with emergency alert systems set up in rooms, and the staff aims to meet different medical and daily care needs that come with aging, high acuity, or memory loss. The environment stays friendly and supportive, focusing on comfort and independence, so residents get the chance to form new memories and friendships, and both private and shared spaces give everyone a choice in how to live day by day. Tours are available for anyone who wants to see the place or ask questions, and overall, Tuscany Villa Senior Living sticks to giving steady care for older adults, especially those with memory care needs, in a safe and home-like atmosphere.
