Neglectful, unsanitary, unsafe elder care
I entrusted a loved one here and experienced clear neglect: dirty restrooms, urine and feces left on toilets and residents, soiled clothes, and inconsistent amenities like missing TVs. Staff were distracted or on cell phones, checks were infrequent, training/management and communication were poor, residents were overmedicated, malnourished, given inappropriate food, and therapy wasn't provided. This put my family's safety at risk and caused real emotional distress - I would not recommend; investigate thoroughly before placing anyone here.
