    Compassionate rehab care, management issues

I experienced life-saving, dignified care here - nurses, rehab (OT/PT/speech), social services and a compassionate discharge coordinator were warm, professional and attentive, and the facility is very clean and veteran-friendly with good hospice support. Several staff repeatedly went above and beyond, but I also ran into management lapses: infrequent doctor visits, occasional rude/unhelpful admins, dining and laundry problems, and spotty follow-up. Overall I'm grateful and would recommend this center for rehab and compassionate care, but not for residents with very complex medical needs.
