    Warm modern home, clarify pricing

I placed my loved one here and have been very impressed - Stella and the whole team are warm, professional, and genuinely caring, giving personalized, compassionate attention. The home is beautiful, bright, and inviting with upscale, modern furnishings, clean rooms and outdoor spaces, and strong COVID-safety practices. Overall an exceptional, comforting experience I highly recommend, though I suggest clarifying pricing up front because I had some concerns about how fees were presented.

    About Kalnel Living

Kalnel Living sits in Culver City and offers assisted living, independent living, memory care, and nursing home services, with estimated pricing running from $3,183 to $9,314 per month, and you'll find both Lucerne One and Sawtelle One locations on LA's west side, each one designed for long-term support and comfort. The homes have private bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, HD televisions, and streaming services, plus light-filled rooms and plenty of storage, making daily life a little easier; you'll also notice large community spaces, a grand piano for music nights, and areas where folks can join in on hobbies, games, or exercise. There's a spacious dining and living room area, outside patios, a big backyard fit for gatherings, and a secure perimeter for peace of mind. Meals come from an in-house private chef using fresh, mostly homegrown ingredients, and dining is relaxed, with meals that consider all sorts of dietary needs. The care team provides help with daily living tasks like bathing and dressing, medication management, and 24-hour support; trained caregivers get continuing education in things like dementia care, infection control, and hospice training. Residents with memory loss can get dedicated support and activities; Kalnel Living's memory care is prepared for folks living with dementia or Alzheimer's, and the homes tie in regular physical therapy or fitness, plus a whirlpool bath and a private salon. Each client has a personal care plan, and there's assistance with things like medical oversight, filling prescriptions, and setting medical appointments, including coordination with outside health services. The community tries to keep everyone involved through planned activities like art classes, gardening club, birthday celebrations, music concerts, guest lectures, youth volunteer visits, and even religious services, some of them online. Both single-story and three-story buildings stand on properties linked to Villa Isabella Culver City, and there's a real estate partner called Lucerne Two LLC, investing in a tailored and knowledgeable approach for all property and residential needs. The houses feature boutique-style board and care, plenty of outdoor and indoor recreational spaces, and a friendly environment where seniors can socialize, get outside, take part in a community garden, and just relax with others or on their own. Each resident gets help as needed, whether for daily tasks, ongoing health needs, or just joining in on fun events, and respite and hospice care are options too. Staff encourage community involvement, and transportation options make it easier to get around the local area, which is known for its cultural events and vibrant neighborhoods. Whether recovering after an illness or just moving in for a supportive retirement experience, folks find Kalnel Living offers a safe, well-maintained setting with real attention given to each person's comfort and wellbeing.
