    Warm, caring staff; unsafe nights

I found the home warm, open, and welcoming — the staff were friendly, caring, and truly wonderful, and my loved one was well taken care of. However, there is no awake staff at night and I had concerns about night monitoring and diaper changes, so it wasn’t suitable for our situation.
