    Well cared for, responsiveness issues

I'm grateful my father was well cared for - the house was clean and safe (alarmed doors, safe bath features, nice room and backyard), and staff were kind, caring and attentive, especially Ronika, Frank and Marie; he received excellent wound/dementia/diabetes/Parkinson's care. Downsides: limited activities/mental stimulation, food/menu and kitchen rules weren't to our liking, and some cosmetic wear. Most seriously, we had poor responsiveness at times (denied re-entry and unreturned calls led to outside involvement), so I recommend with reservations about responsiveness and activity level.
