    Caring staff, poor management, understaffed

    I've had a mixed, mostly worrying experience. Many caregivers and the activities team are caring, attentive and keep the place active, but management is apathetic or hostile, unresponsive to family concerns, and there are frequent understaffing issues. Meals are often late or missing, food quality is poor at times, laundry/timing and medication handling have been inconsistent, and I've seen dirty conditions (odors, pests) and reports of staff taking from residents - one staff member (Darwin) was specifically flagged. Overall I wouldn't place a loved one here without close oversight; only consider it if you verify staffing, security, and management responsiveness first.
